Saudi Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

• Free delivery on all orders within Saudi Arabia.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from order confirmation for in-stock items. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Courier delays can occur; contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated window.

Returns

• Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. Trying an item on to check the fit is fine.
• Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Nazwa covers return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
• To start a return, email info@nazwa.shop with your order number and request details. We will provide instructions and the return address before you send the item.

Refunds

• For eligible returns, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
• Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the refund.
• This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
